
This virtual panel featured notable metaverse and fashion experts discussing digital fashion trends based on research recently conducted by Roblox, in collaboration with The New School's Parsons School of Design. Our panel of experts shared their thoughts and personal experiences on self-expression through digital identity and fashion, and why it is meaningful for digital natives and Gen Z consumers today. They discussed what this means for brands, designers and creators both in online communities and in the fashion industry at large. Experts also shared predictions on what’s yet to come in digital fashion.
The panel was moderated by Roblox's VP of Global Partnerships, Christina Wootton, featuring:

- Gemma Sheppard, one of UK's leading fashion stylists and Metaverse Global Fashion Director at Dubit, metaverse studio on Roblox
- Jenni Svoboda (@Lovespun), Digital Fashion Designer on Roblox who’s collaborated with the likes of Carolina Herrera, Karlie Kloss, Tommy Hilfiger, NARS, Forever 21 (incl. the Barbie collection), and Paris Hilton, among others.
- Vivian Arellano (@EvilArtist), Digital Designer and Game Developer on Roblox currently working as the Art Lead for Mermaid Life, the recipient of “Best Use of Avatar Fashion” award at the Roblox Innovation Awards 2022.
